Sana is a gentle coach that helps you break tasks into small, doable steps. You sign in with an email and password, chat with Sana, and optionally save tasks and patterns tied to your account.

Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. We store your email address and a Firebase-managed credential so you can sign back in. You can reset your password from the reset page.

Messages you send to Sana, tasks you create, and patterns Sana saves are stored against your account so you can return to them later. They are not shown to other users of the app.

To generate Sana's replies, the contents of your conversation are sent to the AI model provider that powers responses. Please do not share information you would not want processed by a third-party AI service.

• An AI model provider — generates Sana's responses from your messages.

These providers process data on our behalf so the product can function. They are not given access to your data for their own marketing.

Sana uses the cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

You can request deletion of your account and associated conversations and tasks by contacting us at the address below. We will remove your data from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe.

If you believe you have found a security issue in Sana, please email us so we can investigate. Include steps to reproduce and any relevant details — we appreciate responsible disclosure.
